JuryTile Terms & Conditions (EULA)
Last Updated: May 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of the JuryTile desktop application (“Software”) provided via jurytile.com. By purchasing, downloading, or installing the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. License Grant & Software Activation
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run JuryTile on up to two (2) unique computers owned or controlled by you.
To unlock functionality, the Software requires an internet connection and a unique license key sent to your purchase email. The Software validates your key by associating it with your PC’s unique hardware signature. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your license key with unauthorized users.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of the WPF C# architecture of JuryTile. You may not distribute, rent, sub-license, or lease the Software or its license keys to unauthorized third parties.
3. Digital Fulfillment & Strict No-Refund Policy
Because JuryTile is a digitally delivered product that is instantly accessible, downloadable, and activated upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived immediately upon delivery of the digital license key. If you experience any technical bugs or installation defects, please contact our support team immediately via our Support page, and we will work diligently to provide a technical resolution or software update.
4. Intellectual Property
JuryTile, including its design, interface layouts, source code, and promotional materials, remains the exclusive property of its developer.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. In no event shall JuryTile be liable for any courtroom, legal, financial, trial outcome, or data loss consequences arising from the use of this utility.
