• Purchase Information: When you buy JuryTile, our third-party payment processor collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
• Support Information: If you use our Support Form, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide about your technical issue.
• Hardware Validation Data: To enforce license compliance and prevent software piracy, JuryTile transmits a hashed hardware identifier (machine fingerprint) from your PC to our licensing server during activation. This mathematical identifier is used solely to link your license key to your device. It does not collect personal files, tracking data, or identify you personally.
• Application Data: JuryTile is a WPF C# standalone desktop application. It operates locally on your machine. We do not track, collect, or upload your courtroom jury selection data, notes, or case information. Your sensitive professional data stays completely private on your local device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address exclusively to send your digital product download link, generate your unique activation license key, provide customer support, and issue critical software updates.

3. Third-Party Services

We securely share data with our e-commerce platform and payment gateways only to fulfill your order and validate your software license key. We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain your account email and hashed hardware fingerprint solely to manage active software licenses. We use standard web encryption (SSL/TLS) to secure all website data transfers.
